Free standard shipping on all US orders
We currently ship within the US only but will be exploring international shipping in the near future.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

No, we do not at this time but will be adding this as a paid option in the near future.


How Do I Track My Order?

Your tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email please contact customer service hello@holmesmouthwatering.com


Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

All purchases are final. Once an order has been placed, no cancellations or modifications are allowed.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please email us at hello@holmesmouthwatering.com and a team member will be in touch to help resolve it.


Do you accept Refunds or Returns?

We take quality assurance seriously. While we cannot accept returns for food products, we will issue a credit if your product is damaged.

Please hold onto your product as we may ask you to send us photos for further investigation.
